ClickAudit Terms of Service

1. Overview

Welcome to ClickAudit. We provide a lightweight UX audit service based on real user behavior tracked via a temporary script installed on your website. By purchasing or using ClickAudit, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope

• ClickAudit provides a limited-scope user behavior tracking script, which is to be installed on your site for 7 days.
• After this period, we deliver a one-time UX Clarity Report based on collected data.
• You agree not to modify, redistribute, or reuse the ClickAudit script beyond this engagement without written consent.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Standard audit pricing is $99 per site, billed one time.
• Custom pricing applies to agencies, consultants, and white-label clients. See Section 8.
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a written refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

• If you’re not satisfied with the clarity or value of your UX report, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to deny refunds for completed services.

5. Ownership & Data Usage

• You retain full ownership of your website data.
• We retain rights to anonymized usage data for internal analysis or product improvement.
• Your report is delivered as a service and may not be publicly redistributed without permission.

6. Disclaimers

• ClickAudit is not responsible for changes you make to your site based on the audit.
• We are not liable for loss of traffic, SEO rankings, or technical issues resulting from implementation.
• You acknowledge that audit recommendations are suggestions based on available behavioral data, not guaranteed performance improvements.

7. Script Limitations

• The script is not designed for permanent installation.
• Tampering with or modifying the script is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to disable script functionality if used beyond its intended scope.

8. Agency & Consultant Usage

• Retail pricing is for individual business owners only.
• Agencies, consultants, or any party reselling the audit service must contact us for white-label or volume pricing.
• Use of ClickAudit for multiple clients without a partnership agreement is not permitted.
